Important Reminder From the Police Department

Parking on the street November 15 through April 1 may result in a parking ticket and/or towing. On-street parking is not allowed during or within 24-hours of any snowfall or if snow remains on the roads.

Clear Your Sidewalk

We would also like to send out a friendly reminder that your sidewalk should be cleared of snow and ice. You can be held liable if someone is injured due to your choice not to shovel your sidewalks. In addition, please no not push snow into the roadway while clearing your sidewalks or driveway. This is a hazard for drivers and a violation of the following code: 12.06.040 Sidewalk: Cleaning; Enforcement.

Sidewalk Cleaning & Enforcement

It shall be unlawful for any person to push, pile or place snow or ice so that it unreasonably obstructs or blocks driveways or streets or blocks the visibility of motorists or otherwise creates a dangerous condition for pedestrian or vehicular traffic. This subsection shall not apply to snow or ice removal activities by Heber City.
