PUBLIC NOTICE: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
CENTRAL HEBER CITY WATER / SEWER REPLACEMENT PROGRAM - PHASE 1
Heber City is soliciting SOQ’s (Statements of Qualification) from professional engineering and consulting firms with the expertise necessary to assist the City with completion of a large downtown water and sewer infrastructure replacement project.
Interested firms should submit SOQ’s to Heber City, 75 North Main, Heber, UT 84032.
SOQ’s will be received until 3:00 pm on Thursday, August 5, 2021.
SOQ’s submitted after this deadline will remain unopened and will not be considered.

COYOTE LANE CONSTRUCTION NOTICE UPDATE 6/29/21
Coyote Lane Closure
Construction of the Coyote Ridge Subdivision and realignment of Coyote Lane is ongoing. Due to challenges relating to permitting and material availability, reopening of Coyote Lane has been delayed. Pending further weather delays or other unforeseen circumstances, Coyote Lane is now planned to open on August 20th. Please continue to use alternate routes during the closure and thank you for your continued patience.
Alternate Route: The suggested alternate route for Coyote lane is 5th North off Main St., 550 E, and Valley Hills Blvd.
Coyote Trailhead Closure
The Coyote Lane trailhead continues to remain closed through 2021 while adjacent construction is underway for portion of the Jordanelle Ridge 2 development. Signs have been installed warning the public of this closure.
Alternate Route: During this time pedestrians are asked to utilize the UVU trailhead.
Please check Heber City's web page under Construction Projects (https://www.heberut.gov/290/Construction-Projects) for updates on the closure. Your patience and cooperation are appreciated while the new Coyote Lane roadway is being constructed.
