Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council will hold a Public Hearing on February 18, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. to hear public comments for or against granting the REInvestment Holdings Annexation petition as well as the Jordanelle Ridge and West Jordanelle Annexation petition. These petitions were accepted by the City Council for study on July 16, 2019. The REInvestment Holdings property encompasses 8,288.34 acres of land located north of Coyote Lane on the north boundary of Heber City, continuing north along the Timpanogos Canal and State Road 32 to the Jordanelle Reservoir, continuing east on SR 32 to the Benloch Ranch and Victory Ranch and back west along the Red Ledges Boundary. The Jordanelle Ridge and West Jordanelle property consists of 447.32 acres of land lying contiguous to the REInvestment Holdings property and is located along State Highway 32 in Section 18 and 7 of Township3 South, Range 5 East. The Hearing will be held in the Heber City Municipal Building located at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, UT.
