HEBER CITY COUNCIL

Ordinance Adoption

 

During the Regular Meeting of November 17, 2020, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance Numbers 2020-40, 2020-44, 2020-45, 2020-47, and 2020-48. Ordinance 2020-40 amended the consolidate fee schedule. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Hardman, Johnston, Kahler and Stack. The motion passed unanimously. Ordinance 2020-44 approved the vacation of a public road located at 1500 South and Providence, eastward. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Hardman, Johnston, Kahler and Stack. The motion passed unanimously. Ordinance 2020-45 approved the vacation of a private road and the attached open space located in Red Ledges; Flat Top Mountain Drive. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Hardman, Johnston, Kahler and Stack. The motion passed unanimously. Ordinance 2020-47 updated the Moderate Income Housing Plan based on the State Moderate Income Housing Report. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Hardman, Johnston, Kahler and Stack. The motion passed unanimously. Ordinance 2020-48 amended the sign ordinance as found in the Heber City Code chapter 18.103. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Hardman, Johnston, and Stack. Voting Nay: Council Member Kahler.  The motion passed 4-1.
