HEBER CITY COUNCIL
Ordinance Adoption
During the Regular Meeting of January 5, 2021, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance Numbers 2020-41, 2021-01 and 2021-02.
Ordinance 2020-41 adopted the Heber City Parks, Trails and Open Space Master Plan. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Johnston, Kahler and Stack. Council Member Hardman was absent. The motion passed 4-0.
Ordinance 2021-01 amended Heber City Code 12.20.030 Tree Board. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Johnston, Kahler and Stack. Council Member Hardman was absent. The motion passed 4-0.
Ordinance 2021-02 amended Heber City Code 2.47 Open Space, Trails and Trees Committee. Voting Aye: Council Members Franco, Johnston, Kahler and Stack. Council Member Hardman was absent. The motion passed 4-0.
