HEBER CITY NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE 

HEBER CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.

• The HEBER CITY tax on a $432,000 residence would increase from $223.58 to $245.92, which is $22.34 per year.
• The HEBER CITY tax on a $432,000 business would increase from $406.51 to $447.12, which is $40.61 per year.
• If the proposed budget is approved, HEBER CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 9.95% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.

 All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
